The band started taking shape in Jussi the drummer's fantasies after his old band had just split up in 2002. He had hopes of forming a real band for which he would compose the songs, but was also determined to play and sing everything by himself, were he not to find any collaborators. Jussi had meat a talented guitarist and a songwriter named Teemu a few years earlier who he now asked to join forces. After hearing initial demo songs and some discussions Teemu was in. The two started writing songs together and figuring out the musical direction for the band. Even early on the songs started falling into the following two categories:Singer/songwriter stuff and the ones for whole rock band. To play out the band songs in their full right more personnel was needed.
